Indian Communications Minister Kapil Sibal on Monday said that an upgraded version of the tablet PC "Aakash" would not be hiked. The price of the upgraded version of the tablet is tagged at Rs 4950. Kapil Sibal said two state-owned technology companies had been roped in to manufacture the upgraded version. He also admitted the fact that there were some problems with the original developer of the tablet i.e. datawind.
